Preorder/Shipping Policy

Thank you for your interest in shopping with Dets. Please review the following policies regarding preorders:

1. Order/Preorder Duration: Preorders for our products typically last for 2-3 weeks from the date of announcement.

2. Estimated Shipping Time: Our products have an estimated shipping time of 2-3 weeks from the end of the preorder period. Please note that this is an estimate, and actual shipping times may vary depending on factors such as order volume and supplier availability.

3. Payment: Payment for orders is required in full at the time of placing the order. We accept credit/debit cards and PayPal.

4. Cancellation and Refunds: Orders/Preorders can be canceled and refunded in full within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Unless there is an issue on our behalf we will refund and reimburse you fully.

5. Product Availability: While we make every effort to fulfill all preorders, in some cases, unforeseen circumstances may lead to delays or cancellations. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and provide options for either a refund or alternative product.

6. Communication: We will keep you informed throughout the preorder process via email or other communication channels provided at the time of placing the order. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date.
